are. Everywhere else that you are, you’re getting a 
packaged or censored view of reality. But mass 
media shows you the brutal reality of nature. All 
those things which have been sort of sanitized out 
of the world that we now live in. So I think that, 
McLuhan for me is going to be one of the great 
reborn figures of the fin de siècle. He is certainly 
going to be one of the primary shapers, it seems 
to me, of 21st century sensibility.
